Choate partnered with a global specialty retailer to deliver over 440,000 SF of cold storage solutions across the US. Representing multiple investments, these projects strengthen the client’s global supply chain and commitment to quality.

Warehouse Renovation

Conversion of an existing dry facility in a Box Tri-Temp distribution center with additional office space, featuring insulated metal panels on structural racks, a world-class kitchen and spice room, and a cross-dock design with continuous pits and vertical dock levelers. Refrigeration is supported by a modular ammonia-based system.

Plant Expansion

An addition of nearly 15,000 SF of -10° cooler space and 14,000 SF of dry storage, shipping and receiving, employee break areas, and a 34° cold room to accommodate growing frozen product demand.

Freezer/Cooler Expansions

Enhancements to existing equipment with new equipment, upgraded doors, and improved temperature and air quality controls.
